O Savior of mankind,
The savior of my soul,
Thou tak'st my sins upon Thee
And give grace in return
To plead my case in Heaven
Before the judgment seat,
If I would give myself
Completely unto Thee.

Let my heart rejoice
In Thy vict'ry over death;
Let my voice give thanks
For my sufferings Thou hast met.
Help me to stand firm
In the cause of righteousness;
Let Satan's angels tremble
Before my countenance.

Thou livest as I live
And I hearken to Thy call
To proclaim the glad news
That Thou art the Lord of all.
Teach my heart to serve Thee
And love my fellowman,
To sacrifice myself to
The work of Thy kingdom.
